Registration places a student in classes for the entire school year (4 sessions).

Strength & Technique
*This class is designed to build strength and endurance while providing the opportunity for students to receive consistent one-on-one feedback on their technique in leaps and turns in order to improve individual skills. This class is open to all intermediate and advanced level dancers who wish to hone the skills that will benefit them in all areas of dance practice.

*This class is designed to build strength and endurance while providing the opportunity for students to receive consistent one-on-one feedback on their technique in leaps and turns in order to improve individual skills. This class is open to all intermediate and advanced level dancers who wish to hone the skills that will benefit them in all areas of dance practice.
*Includes a mixture of movements based in Barre, Pilates, Zumba, Yoga, and body weight strength training, involving light to medium stretching, time on the mat, standing, and working at the barre. Dancers are encouraged to move at their own pace with respect to their ability level and modifications are always given for movements when appropriate.
Barre Stretch & Center Movement
Tues. 9:00-10:00 am (Karmy)
